Giveaway Terms & Conditions – “Weekend Away” Prize Draw

  1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Ipl (Leeds) Limited (“the Promoter”), with registered office at Studio One, Elbow Rooms, 64-68 Call Lane, Leeds, LS1 6DT.

  1. Eligibility
  • Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter, their families, or agents are not eligible to enter.
  • One entry per person. Duplicate entries will not be considered.
  1. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Follow Ipl (Leeds) Limited company LinkedIn page – https://tinyurl.com/2ue8dwrd; and;
  2. Post a photo taken using the Superhero Cutout at Stand S40, The Sign Show 2025 on LinkedIn using the hashtag #SuperIPL during the exhibition dates.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries must comply with LinkedIn’s terms of service and must not contain offensive/inappropriate content.

  1. Entry Period
  • The giveaway opens on 23/09/2025 06:00 BST and closes on 24/10/2025 12:00 BST.
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
  1. Prize
  • One winner will receive a 2-night stay for two people at a hotel chosen by the promoter.
  • The prize includes bed and breakfast. Travel, further meals, and any additional expenses are not included.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
  1. Winner Selection & Notification
  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
  • The draw will take place within 7 working days of the giveaway closing date.
  • The winner will be notified via LinkedIn direct message or by comment on their entry post.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  1. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that their name and entry (photo post) may be used in promotional materials and announcements by the Promoter in connection with the giveaway.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical failures or other reasons beyond its control.
